- Bhartiya Auction does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

7. Shipping Insurance
- All items are shipped with insurance coverage to protect against loss or damage during transit. In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, buyers must notify Bhartiya Auction within 48 hours of receiving the item or the estimated delivery date.
8. Receiving Your Item
- Upon delivery, buyers are responsible for inspecting the item for any damage or discrepancies. If any issues are found, buyers should immediately contact Bhartiya Auction’s customer support with photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy.
9. Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to Bhartiya Auction due to incorrect address information provided by the buyer or if the buyer fails to collect the package, the buyer will be responsible for the re-shipment costs.
